About the Laboratory
Founded to advance dendrochronology in the tropical region with special focus in South Asian tropics which is understudied so far. the Dendrochronology Lab SUST integrates field experiments with statistical and process based modelling (MODEX) to address ecological questions related to global environmental changes. Our team collaborates across universities, agencies, and NGOs to inform science based decision making.

Dendro-kits, Ecophysiological measurements, Sample preparation lab, Mmicroscopy suite, Iimage analysis workstations, and secure archives for cores and cross sections.
